Browse by location issues when a user location has the same name as a predefined location

Rename a location such that it matches a PredefinedLocation (which is not yet added).

LocationTree starts not displaying that location!

The right fixes are: - Making sure that display paths do the right thing - Making sure that adding locations always forces a predefined location when possible - Cleaning up on re-opening files if at all possible
