Added “New for year” (world list) in commit 53c8d8d65.

Would be nice to offer “New for” for a specific location, for people doing big years, for example.

Maybe starring a “remembered” list makes it one that gets computed automatically for “New for” lists? (Also been thinking about tying the “new for” to checklist importing so you can get a note for how much you’ve gained from the imported data)
