Add reports restricted to "lifers"

It'd be extremely useful to be able to look at old trip lists and see what was a lifer on that trip:

Limit the report to only lifers
Include all species, but mark specifically the ones that were lifers
Ditto, but for restricted geographic regions (tell me all the new species for my California list that I've gotten when visiting the Salton Sea)

And, in theory, this could function two ways: - What did I see in the Philippines that was, at that time, a lifer? - What did I see in the Philippines that I've never seen elsewhere?

Ideally, all these would be available. And with an interface that doesn't require a course in boolean logic to figure out.
