Restrict "introduced" status to areas outside of native range.

When I see a wild turkey in my backyard and enter it into Scythebill, I see the tag line "an introduced species in Massachusetts". I appreciate that turkeys have been widely stocked and that my local turkeys undoubtedly had many captive ancestors, but it is also true that the turkeys famously feasted upon in 17th-Century Massachusetts were native at the time. I think a significant distinction should be drawn between novel introductions (artificial range extensions -- bad) and re-introductions (restoration of native fauna -- good). The term "introduced" should only be automatically appended to the former. Thanks.

Fixed in revision 854 for Wild Turkey (in Massachusetts and the rest of its ~1492 range (per Steadman 1980 map in http://creagrus.home.montereybay.com/turkey-in-CA.html).

In cases like this, I tend to follow whatever the official state list says. In this case, the official list - http://www.maavianrecords.com/official-state-list - does not list Wild Turkey as introduced, so I'll follow that.
