Support "trips"

Should support grouping a group of sightings into a trip. Proposed development:

V0. Come up with the right noun ;) V1. All sightings are the same day and place; attach text for the entire outing. V2. Support browse by-"trip" V3. All sightings are the same day, and one place, but each sighting can be within the same parent location. (E.g., multiple locations in San Francisco). Species can be seen at multiple locations. V4. Sightings for a range of days and locations. E.g., an entire vacation. Not as useful, perhaps.

Mostly abandoned the idea of adding this. There’s browsing visits, and there’s trip reports, but no support for having trip-level metadata or entering a whole trip at once.
