A little more information please! What operating system?

I suspect the information is all there, but in a file that isn't getting loaded. Can you search your system for files named "bsxm"?

User found the file, with all data. It's not clear how Scythebill opened up another file - perhaps the user inadvertently created a new file? - but the important thing is that no data was lost.
