Support scientific names first in the Reports screen (and others)

Some birders are more comfortable with scientific names - either because English isn't their first language, or they're just more used to local names than the necessarily homogenized names in Clements and IOC.

Possibility: support a preference where everything in Scythebill gets flipped around, so: - Anything that just shows common name would start just showing scientific name - Anything that shows "Common Name (Scientific name)" would change to "Scientific name (Common Name)"
