Export to eBird generates empty csv file

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b> 1.Enter sightings (eBird/Clements used) 2.Enter all the data + the sightings 3.Checkbox selected for ...and export to eBird

Same issue if the export is done from Show reports export.

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b> The file csv file created is 0byte, empty.

<b>What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?</b> 12.0.0 The same issue existed with the previous version.

    But there are conditions in which Scythebill will not export rows to eBird, detailed here:

    I think your most recent records from Cayo fall into this bucket.

    One thing I should definitely do is - when "...and export to eBird" is selected, and the content isn't sufficiently detailed - tell users that no content will be exported, and why, instead of generating a zero byte file.

    OK, two fixes submitted: - First, I'm going to start allowing state-level sightings. They're not what eBird prefers, but that'll get resolved when you import (and eBird does allow them, so it's not Scythebill's job to stop you.) - Second, I'll give an explicit warning when there's still no records that can be exported (e.g. if you don't have an exact date, or you only enter records at a country level.)
