Properly populate "endemic" for state checklists, esp. for multi-state and state+country

Currently, if you ask for the endemics of "Papua New Guinea" plus "Indonesian Papua", you don't get a viable answer at all.

    State endemics are now populated... but the multi-state and state+country endemic lists are now ... bad.
