Support British names

Brits should not be stuck with the American names of the Clements list. Add a preference (defaulting off the user's locale) to show British names (at least for regularly occurring birds in Britain). And, FWIW: flip "Gray" to "Grey" in names too. "Colored" to "Coloured", perhaps as well.

The IOC list isn't entirely British, but it should be considerably more palatable. Will reopen if I get strong feedback otherwise.
