Find a better spot for "Complete list of sightings?" when entering sightings

The current location - way off on the upper-right - is too easy to overlook.

    Commit 37ee36a adds it to the main VisitInfoPanel (and therefore to the "Visit Info" part of species entry), making it easier to remember. I hope.
