How to delete a complete trip list (checklist)

I am new to Scythebird and began a trip list for a recent outing. I stopped after a few entries and that data was inadvertently saved as an incomplete entry. I would like to completely delete that trip list as I have since then entered a correct complete entry for that trip. How do I do that? I cannot find this issue addressed in the user manual.

You're entirely correct that there's no trivial way to do this; you can find each of the sightings, one-by-one, and delete them, but that's it. There should be an easier way.
