Avisys: "ABC" islands import into wrong part of Netherland Antilles

Aruba/Bonaire/Curaçao need to import to South America, not the West Indes.

    Fixed in dde09d6; Scythebill is now better at dealing with multi-region countries both for country-code matches (the Avisys problem) and inexact spelling matches.
