Maputo (State/Province) left out of "Southern Africa" region

Hi

I'm a new user of Scythebill, so the error might well be with me. I have imported my lifelist from a variety of sources into Scythebill, and discovered I was one short on my expected number. After some investigation I discovered that it is the one bird that I got as a lifer in Maputo, so it appears that Maputo (State/Province) is not included as part of the Southern Africa region.

It's simple to test. I created a new file. Added one bird in the Maputo area, then ran a report for the lifer birds seen in the Southern Africa region, and it shows zero birds.

Scythebill 13.4.1, Windows 7 Pro.
