Imports do not default status correctly

At an absolute minimum, we should: - set domestic forms to "Domestic" - set feral forms to "Introduced"

And we really should also grab built-in checklists and set status based on that.

As for the first two, we should do another upgrader and forcibly set the status of all domestic/feral forms to "Domestic"/"Introduced" on the next upgrade, to clean up users' data for them.
