Support "automatic" reconciliation as a manual process

Scythebill's quite good at using its checklists to resolve splits on Clements or IOC upgrades, but if you've got a lot of sightings entered against Clements, there's no way to automatically take advantage of checklists if you choose to switch to IOC. You instead need to use the manual process at:

This is most painful for users coming from Avisys (et al) if they want to switch to IOC after that initial import.

Would be useful to offer a manual step that can automatically clean up splits to the greatest extent possible.
