Extended taxonomies are confused by extra commas on initial lines

When creating the CSV file with Excel, the ID, Name and Credits lines are appended with as many commas as you have extra columns in the spreadsheet – I need to go to a text editor and remove the extra commas in these lines in order for Scythebill to be able to import

Can't reproduce - this seems to be working just fine (at least since 12.3)
