I'd been thinking these were mostly irrelevant - they're not really part of the checklist. But they do improve data entry by defaulting the sightings correctly to "uncountable".

Best thing to do is either: - Check against eBird for such species - Use Category E (and D?) where countries offer such a thing.

Resolve Issue #366: Add more escapees to checklists

Specifically, look for all commonly-ish reported species that, per my eBird analysis, I treat as "escapee" or "Category E", and add them as escaped species to the checklists.
