Prefer common name to scientific name if checklists indicate former is correct

If you're importing "Lesson's Motmot, Momotus momota" to Honduras, it should be imported as Lesson's Motmot, not Amazonian Motmot. The scientific name is wrong, but checklists give enough info to decide that the common name should be preferred.
