Google geocoding wackiness with single letters

Adam Winer created an issue

Visit Monroe County Florida. Create a new location. Enter "S" for the name.

You get a map of Philadelphia. It apparently is centered on the SS United States.

    13748c18 should resolve. Note that this feels like a Google bug - administrative_area is being ignored - and one that affects more than just single letters. (E.g. "Springfield" always geocodes to Massachusetts!)
