eBird/Clements 2018 upgrade issues to resolve

A worksheet for any issues found that need resolution then

Clean up the Andean/Ruddy Duck muck with ssp. andina, if necessary

Do significant surgery on Grey-capped Cicadabird, as this really maps to one group (gray-capped) plus a bunch of subspecies in (Common): - ultima, saturatius, erythropygium, which is part of the Solomons and Bismarcks .... but not rostratum or matthiae or nisorium, which are other parts of the Solomons and Bismarcks.

... Might be worth defining a bogus "group" just to make the mappings work out. And definitely necessary to clean up the sspmaps from both ioc-taxon-81 and 82 in here, because the names of the IOC ssp's changed!
