Revisit default selection in Browse by location

Select the visit list, or the first species? Or a different answer when the visit list is inlined vs. isn't?

    Resolves Issue #384: Revisit default selection in Browse by location

    Instead of always selecting the first species, it'll also select the "Visits" parent node.
