Resolve range of Isabelline vs. Red-tailed Shrike in w Africa

Looks like I've been treating Isabelline as going to w Africa, but xeno-canto shows just the opposite, with Isabelline only reaching Sudan in the winter, and Red-tailed extending all the way to the Atlantic.
