Lifer on a sightings list is not marked as "New for World"

Noticed this bug with the following records: (asterisked records are the first sightings of the species in the database)

3/16, Bexar County location: OCWA 3/29, Travis County location: CARW 3/30, Travis County location: CARW, OCWA

As shown in the first screenshot, on the 3/16 trip, OCWA is marked as new for Bexar instead of World. In the second screenshot, CARW is bolded but is not marked as new for World.

So:

• Bold shows up if it's a new species or group or even subspecies - so you can be bolded without being "new for world"; whereas "new for world" is only on the species level.
• Also "new for world" will only show up if there are no other sightings, not just no other earlier sightings.

This is all intentional, I believe.
