Exception on "Report an Issue"

The Help | Report an Issue menu item throws an exception. I’m running Debian Stable (9) KDE, after installing 14.5.1 with the Linux installer:

    So this definitely works on some Linux installs (just tested on a Debian variant).

    My hunch is that there’s some lib whose install would magically solve everything… but in the meantime, the solution is (sadly) going to be disabling those menu items if they’re going to fail.

    Resolve Issue #429: Exception on "Report an Issue"

    Doesn't truly "fix" it - but instead of just failing with an error message, shows a clean alert with a URL that can be pasted.
