Split Russia checklist to Europe and Asia

While there very much are other countries divided between Europe and Asia, this is the sole one that really blocks support for generating “Asia” and “Europe” checklists. (In theory, a Europe checklist would be pretty reasonable if it included all of Europe minus Russia, and an Asia checklist ditto if it excluded Russia. Probably would miss some things, but not a lot I think.

And really need to split Indonesia too - even more importantly than Russia.
