Trip report: when "all reports are in a single year is detected", include the year in the title

If someone generates a trip report using “location is”, and all the sightings are in a single year, Scythebill drops the year from the itinerary dates. It should add the year to the title, so the report includes the year somewhere.

That said, this must only happen if someone doesn’t generate the report with a date query, since in that case the date will be in the title already.

Also: might be nice from trips that cross from, say, December of one year to January of the next to also remove the year from itinerary, as long as it can do something like say “2006-2007” in the title.
