Split the PSEUDO_COUNTRY_TO_COUNTRY for ticks maps vs. total ticks

The total ticks lumps “countries” (e.g. Bermuda goes to the UK, Svalbard to Norway, not as its own country).

But the ticks map uses a different arrangement.
