Support pictures in trip reports

Issue #451 resolved
Adam Winer created an issue

Two options:

  • maximum number of photos
  • only starred photos

Will be inherently limited to on-disk JPGs/PNGs for inline images, though I suppose I could support links to external photos stored on websites.
