Undesired "update to IOC 9.2" message?

Steps:

• Created a new file with 14.7.4
• Imported a lot of sightings from eBird
• Close, and re-open

Got a “you’ve been updated to IOC 9.2” message, which is silly.

I think that the file was created on the eBird/Clements taxonomy - might have never toggled to IOC. (Clearly, users that have never touched the IOC should not get IOC update notices.)
