Support common genus (and family?) "spuhs"

Consider adding explicit “sp.” taxa. There’s ~650 such entries in the eBird taxonomy.

Unfortunately, this would make upgrades and IOC mapping even harder. Witness oddities like “Spizella sp./American Tree Sparrow” in the eBird taxonomy (how they had to handle American Tree Sparrow getting moved out of Spizella.)
