eBird groups now importing as subspecies spuhs

eBird exports lines like:

Dark-eyed Junco (Slate-colored) (Junco hyemalis hyemalis/carolinensis), (etc.)

… and that scientific name is getting treated as a subspecies “spuh”.

Fix is likely getting noticing subspecies spuhs and seeing if they can be elevated to groups.

Resolve Issue #482: eBird groups now importing as subspecies spuhs Simplify all imported taxa (e.g. a "spuh" of 2 subspecies which comprise an entire eBird group).
