Improve naming of "New..." menu option

At least some users have assume that they should use “New…” to enter sightings, which is a perfectly reasonable interpretation!

A more explicit naming (“New sightings file…”?) might help a lot. Could even pop an alert to warn people that they likely don’t want this.

Or, given that (with the support for multiple observers) this is a really rarely necessary option, it could be buried somewhere totally different such that it’s hidden.

Resolve Issue #483: Improve naming of "New..." menu option

Rearrange the File menu overall, and in particular bury the now renamed "New sightings file..." and "Open sightings file..." items, minus shortcuts, near the end of the File menu.
