Isle of Man and Channel Islands are not in the UK

Adam Winer created an issue

Scythebill currently treats Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey as part of the UK. They’re not - they’re part of the British Islands.

Really should be pulled out into Europe, with maybe a British Islands virtual location added for reporting, as currently someone’s “UK” list would inaccurately include those.
