Lost focus in several screens on MacOS

Original [issue 49](https://code.google.com/p/scythebill-birdlist/issues/detail?id=49) created by adam_winer on 2012-08-15T00:58:48.000Z:

System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts, and then select "All controls" in the Full Keyboard Access section at the bottom.

Now, launch Scythebill. Select "Show Reports". There is no focus, and tabbing doesn't move the focus.
