Resolve issue #494: Enter sightings: move species info box to bottom

Entering a species name like "Common Kestrel" could give you a range that's obscured by the species entry popup. This adds an issue where the subspecies popup in the table could obscure the range, which is potentially a bigger issue! To make that a bit better, reduce the maximum subspecies visible in the popup from 25 to 12.
