Add a "number of records" report option

Would be nice to be able to generate reports and say “what birds have I only ever seen once at this site”? Or “what birds have I recorded more than 50 times ever”?

I think this is gonna be a bit weird to implement; it’s sort-of a post-processing step. And what does “Never” and “Or” mean for this?
