Add Flickr import

Would be very handy to offer photographers support for importing their photos from Flickr as sightings (albeit location-less).

    This worked in my first test, but not in subsequent testing. What info needs to be in the title, description and/or exif/iptc fields? What data are you reading?

    Title/description need to contain species names, whether they’re common or scientific.

    If you can point me at an album URL, happy to debug any issues.

    The initial albums I tested on had no lat/long EXIF at all, so I haven’t had a chance to refine the implementation to do better matching to existing locations.

    OK, thanks. I am redoing my entire photo workflow, from camera > Flickr, which includes steps to ensure exif/iptc as well as geotags and the title/description. I think my last test was missing the title/desc fields - either blank or just general words…
