Multi-monitor issue with Range Summary

User report: a multi-monitor issue.

1. Start Scythebill
2. Drag it to second monitor
3. Look at Show Reports (any which shows you species with sub-species)
4. Select a species and sighting
5. Click Range Summary

The range summary appears on the first monitor, not the second.
Generally not a problem but as I was using the main monitor as a full
screen RDP to elsewhere I don't see the range pop-up.
