Make it more obvious when location entry is not complete in species info panel

In Enter sightings… the location is in red if it isn’t correctly entered, but if you go by Browse by species, it isn’t.

Also, in the New Location panel, if you don’t enter a valid “in” location, OK just does nothing - you should get an error message that helps out.

Reason it doesn't appear in red is that you can enter an unknown value and then create a new location.

I could either:

• show a warning if there’s an unknown, invalid value in location and you click Save… (but what if you just click away?)
• show it in red anyway
