"Auto-magic" checklists get Black-and-white Hawk-eagle wrong

The logic for Black-and-white Hawk-Eagle pretty much always fails, because it finds “White Hawk-Eagle” first and doesn’t keep looking. This probably breaks other birds too (e.g. Red-and-black Thrush would fail, but it doesn’t overlap in range with Black Thrush), but this is the one I always run into.

Issue #496: add Flickr import

A first fuctional version, with rough UI edges (no translations, bad string, inadequate error handling, no indication of busy-UI when calling Flickr). But ... it works?
