Imports referencing "- in part" alternate names should often produce "spuh"s

A record of Black-chinned Laughingthrush from India should generate a Banasura/Nilgiri Laughingthrush spuh.

I think it currently just arbitrarily picks the first one in taxonomic order, which is not good. Check!
