Checklist spreadsheets: mark "not here" differently

Currently, there’s no way to have a checklist spreadsheet distinguish between “not seen here” and “not a lifer” without using the “Include one sighting column”, which takes a bunch of space.

Maybe italics?

Resolve Issue #514: Checklist spreadsheets: mark "not here" differently

Taxa that have not been seen in the checklist location are now shown in italics.

Also, "introduced", "not established", and "extinct" all appear.
