Add "only my sightings" toggle to Browse by species and Browse by location

It’d be really helpful to support filtered views on both of these pages.

    Resolve Issue #522 Add an "Only encountered taxa" checkbox to Browse by species There is a glitch - if you use the subspecies chooser to assign to a previously unseen subspecies, things go poorly. Maybe show all groups/subspecies always, and change it to "Only encountered species"?
