Support right-arrow in browser for non-Mac

On the Mac, we grab an icon out of Quaqua and use it for the browser view. We don't use Quaqua on Windows/Linux, so that icon isn't there, which makes the browser less obviously useful (e.g., it's very hard to find subspecies). Include *some* sort of right-pointing arrow.
