Improve eBird->IOC mappings for eBird->IOC lumps

Clements/eBird Seram Masked-Owl and Lesser Masked-Owl is lumped as Lesser Masked Owl in IOC.

An eBird Lesser Masked-Owl maps to all of IOC Lesser Masked Owl, instead of just ssp. sororcula and cayelii. This is mostly a non-issue, but means that if you roundtrip eBird->IOC->eBird, you go from Lesser Masked-Owl to Seram/Lesser Masked-Owl! Not ideal.

I think fixing this would require some cleverness in how MappedTaxonomy.setMappings() handles this situation.
