Maybe split eBird locations automatically

eBird locations like “Presidio--Crissy Field Marsh” lose any ability to grab a full “Presidio” list. Consider splitting these locations automatically?

Alternatively, make people edit this sort of thing manually, but either:

• Preserve the original eBird name after an edit, so that subsequent exports and imports do “the right thing”
• Or just abbreviate in output, so “Presidio--Crissy Field Marsh” inside “Presidio” doesn’t show names with “Presidio” twice? (And maybe hack in Browse by location too)

Resolved, though not as originally described. Instead made it so that a Presidio--Crissy Field Marsh will automatically get added inside a Presidio location if one exists, and that you don’t see Presidio twice in such cases when the names are displayed in a run.
