Support adding a link to a trip report on Visit Info

A user request to support saving a link to a trip report from Visit Info.

I think the problem from a modeling perspective is that a Visit isn’t a Trip, and I don’t really have a Trip object. It’s probably about time to add one… but does it make sense to add this link before doing that?
