Add a new "Include all taxonomies" preference, which will add a separate sheet for each taxonomy.

A couple of small things don't work as well as I'd like: (1) If the "main" taxonomy is non-avian, then you'll always get eBird/Clements as the bird taxonomy. Ideally, this would default to the last avian taxonomy used. (2) The lifer column only works in the main taxonomy, because FirstSightingsQueryField only supports that.
