Include common hybrids and sp.s in the taxonomy

Really common hybrids - like "Nelson's" Gull - or common sp.'s, like "Western" Flycatcher - should have built-in entries. Would make data entry for those easier.

Bumping; this is more of an issue in extended taxonomies.
In theory, this is as simple as just having "taxa that are never countable".
